• A member or prospective member of MRC Running Club
• Capable of forming a binding contract

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time

• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc.
• Unauthorized use of any trademarks is prohibited

8. DISCLAIMERS

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Content accuracy is not guaranteed
• Third-party services are beyond our control
• Use at your own risk

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
